Kishan holds an MBA in Finance & Investments from Golden Gate University, CA (USA). He was a senior member of the team that managed two of Sri Lanka's largest IPO's, Dialog Telekom and Lanka IOC, and also held overall responsibility for the IPO of Janashakthi Insurance PLC. For over 10 years he was the CEO of NDB Stockbrokers, a joint venture between DBS Bank of Singapore and the National Development Bank of Sri Lanka. Prior to this he set up Crosby Securities, a stock broking company, a joint venture between Crosby Securities, Hong Kong and Commercial Bank of Ceylon.
