Deshan is a Member of the CFA Institute (USA), Associate Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK) and holds a BSc in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University (UK). He is also a passed finalist of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. He has substantial experience in IPO advisory, valuations and corporate debt structuring. He has led corporate finance teams in the IPO's of Laugfs Gas PLC, Raigam Wayamba Salterns PLC and Renuka Agri Foods PLC, amongst others.
